House Well

The house is a compact form tightly integrated with the surrounding nature. The building is characterized by a simple rectangular shape, the surrounding nature that actually grows into and gives character to the structure, and by the rain-collecting well in the middle of the building. The layout is divided into sections by oversized planters; the living area, working area and bedrooms are separated in this manner. The house rises above the surrounding trees and features a view terrace and green roof directly connected to the ground floor by the staircase. These stairs are enclosed by the rainwater collection structure.

The well is one of the main features of the house. It is both symbolic and practical in its function. It is open space in the middle the house, an air well and a water well all at once.
